- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt butter.
- Dip bagel halves into custard for 10–15 seconds per side.
- Cook bagels on skillet 2–3 minutes per side, until golden brown.
- Serve warm with maple syrup, powdered sugar, and berries.
Notes
Use day-old bagels for best texture. Adjust sweetness to taste with more or less maple syrup.
