Method
- Season chicken with salt and pepper. Sear in olive oil and butter until golden and cooked through. Remove and slice.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic and sun-dried tomatoes until fragrant.
- Pour in cream and chicken broth. Stir and add chili flakes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add parmesan and stir until smooth and creamy.
- Cook ramen noodles in boiling water, drain, and add to sauce with chicken.
- Toss well, garnish with basil and extra parmesan, and serve warm.
Notes
For extra spice, add a teaspoon of chili oil before serving.
