Creamy, garlicky ramen noodles tossed with juicy chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, and parmesan in a luscious love-worthy sauce.

Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 2 chicken breasts thinly sliced
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
Sauce & Broth
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup sun-dried tomatoes chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1.5 cups chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 1 tsp chili flakes adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Ramen
  • 2 packs ramen noodles discard seasoning packets
  • 1 tbsp butter optional, for richness
  • fresh basil leaves for garnish

Equipment

  • Large skillet
  • Pot for ramen
  • Tongs
  • Mixing spoon

Method
 

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Sear in olive oil and butter until golden and cooked through. Remove and slice.
  2. In the same skillet, sauté garlic and sun-dried tomatoes until fragrant.
  3. Pour in cream and chicken broth. Stir and add chili flakes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add parmesan and stir until smooth and creamy.
  5. Cook ramen noodles in boiling water, drain, and add to sauce with chicken.
  6. Toss well, garnish with basil and extra parmesan, and serve warm.

Notes

For extra spice, add a teaspoon of chili oil before serving.
