Method
- Cook tortellini according to package directions, drain, and set aside.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Add butter to the skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant, and stir in sun-dried tomatoes.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Simmer until slightly thickened.
- Stir in Parmesan and red pepper flakes.
- Return chicken to skillet and fold in cooked tortellini. Toss to coat.
- Garnish with basil and serve warm.
Notes
Use freshly grated Parmesan for the smoothest sauce.
