Ingredients
  

Crab Dip
  • 1 lb jumbo lump crab meat
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.25 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 2 green onions sliced

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or cast-iron skillet.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.
  3. Mix in Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, parsley, and green onions.
  4. Stir in cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, reserving some cheddar for topping.
  5. Gently fold in jumbo lump crab meat without breaking it apart too much.
  6. Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Top with reserved cheddar cheese and bake for 22–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  8. Broil briefly if desired for extra browning. Garnish and serve warm.

Notes

Serve with toasted baguette slices, crackers, celery sticks, or pita chips for the perfect seafood appetizer experience.
