- Bring water to a boil and cook eggs for 6–7 minutes.
- Transfer eggs to ice water and cool completely.
- Peel eggs carefully.
- Mix all marinade ingredients in a container.
- Add eggs to marinade and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Serve eggs with marinade spooned over top.
Notes
Marinate overnight for deeper flavor. Serve with rice or noodles.
