Method
- Whisk marinade ingredients and coat chicken. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
- Mix yogurt, feta, cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, and dill for tzatziki. Chill.
- Cook chicken in grill pan 5-7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Rest chicken, then slice thinly.
- Warm pita and assemble with chicken, vegetables, and tzatziki.
Notes
For best flavor, marinate chicken 2-4 hours. Drain cucumber thoroughly before mixing tzatziki.
