Ingredients
  

Meatball Mix
  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs panko preferred
  • 0.25 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 egg large
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 onion grated
  • 2 tbsp parsley fresh, chopped
  • 1 tbsp dill fresh, chopped
  • 1 tsp oregano dried
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp cumin ground
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil for cooking

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, feta, egg, garlic, onion, parsley, dill, oregano, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until combined.
  2. Shape mixture into 1 ½-inch balls and place on a plate or baking sheet.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook meatballs in batches for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked (165°F internal temperature).
  4. Serve with tzatziki sauce, lemon wedges, and fresh herbs.

Notes

For a lighter option, bake meatballs at 400°F for 18–20 minutes.
