- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, feta, egg, garlic, onion, parsley, dill, oregano, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until combined.
- Shape mixture into 1 ½-inch balls and place on a plate or baking sheet.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook meatballs in batches for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked (165°F internal temperature).
- Serve with tzatziki sauce, lemon wedges, and fresh herbs.
Notes
For a lighter option, bake meatballs at 400°F for 18–20 minutes.
