- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Pat chicken dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
- Spread the mixture evenly over chicken breasts and place in baking dish.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) and topping is golden.
- Broil for 2–3 minutes for a crisp crust, then garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Try substituting mayo with Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
