Chicken
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Pat chicken dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly over chicken breasts and place in baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) and topping is golden.
  6. Broil for 2–3 minutes for a crisp crust, then garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Try substituting mayo with Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
