- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet.
- Slice croissants in half horizontally.
- Spread fig jam on the bottom halves.
- Layer brie cheese on top of the jam.
- Add optional toppings like nuts or thyme.
- Close croissants and place on baking sheet.
- Bake for 8–12 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
- Drizzle with honey and serve warm.
