  • 2 tbsp honey optional
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet.
  2. Slice croissants in half horizontally.
  3. Spread fig jam on the bottom halves.
  4. Layer brie cheese on top of the jam.
  5. Add optional toppings like nuts or thyme.
  6. Close croissants and place on baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 8–12 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
  8. Drizzle with honey and serve warm.
