Ingredients
  

Chicken Bombs
  • 4 chicken breasts sliced horizontally
  • 8 mozzarella sticks
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
Optional Coating
  • 3 tbsp butter melted
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs panko or regular

  • Toothpicks

Method
 

  1. Slice chicken breasts horizontally and pound lightly.
  2. Place mozzarella stick inside and roll tightly; secure with toothpicks.
  3. Season with ranch mix, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush with melted butter and roll in breadcrumbs if using.
  5. Bake at 400°F (205°C) for 22–28 minutes.
  6. Broil 2–3 minutes until golden and remove toothpicks before serving.

Notes

Seal the chicken tightly with toothpicks to prevent cheese from leaking.
