- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat and drain excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning and Rotel tomatoes; simmer 2–3 minutes.
- Add cream cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
- Mix in sour cream, corn, and black beans; remove from heat.
- Layer half the crushed chips in the baking dish, top with beef mixture.
- Sprinkle with half the cheese, then remaining chips and cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
