  • 2 eggs large
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 0.33 cup butter melted
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
Caramel Drizzle
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 0.5 tsp sea salt optional

Method
 

  1. Whisk dry ingredients together in a large bowl until fully combined.
  2. Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl until smooth and creamy.

  4. Preheat mini waffle maker and lightly grease it before cooking.
  5. Cook small portions of batter until golden brown and crisp.

  7. Warm caramel sauce with butter and cream until glossy and smooth.
  8. Drizzle caramel over waffle bites and serve immediately.

Notes

Best served warm. For extra flavor, add cinnamon or sea salt on top.
