- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a mini muffin tin.
- Whisk together dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Mix sugars and butter, then add eggs, milk, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Fold in chocolate chips and portion into muffin tin.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden and set.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Do not overmix the batter to maintain a soft texture. Add extra chocolate chips on top before baking for a bakery-style look.
