- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
- Combine beef, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, garlic, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings. Mix until just combined.
- Divide evenly into muffin cups and press lightly.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until cooked through and golden.
- Boil potatoes until tender, mash with butter and milk, season with salt and pepper.
- Pipe mashed potatoes over each mini meatloaf muffin and garnish with parsley.
Notes
For extra flavor, drizzle gravy over the potato frosting before serving.
