Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1 sheet pie dough
Filling
  • 4 eggs large
  • 0.75 cup milk or cream
  • 0.75 cup shredded cheese
  • 0.5 cup cooked fillings bacon, vegetables, or ham
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Heart-shaped mold or mini muffin pan
  • Whisk
  • Baking sheet

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease mold.
  2. Cut heart shapes from pie dough and press into mold.
  3. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add cheese and fillings to crusts.
  5. Pour egg mixture into shells and bake 18–22 minutes.

Notes

Use silicone molds for best release.
