- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt dark chocolate chips until smooth and spread onto baking sheet.
- Sprinkle half the chopped Mint Oreos over melted chocolate.
- Melt white chocolate and mix with peppermint extract and food coloring.
- Drizzle white chocolate over dark chocolate and swirl gently.
- Top with remaining Oreos and press lightly.
- Refrigerate until set, then break into pieces.
