Mint Oreo Bark

A refreshing no-bake chocolate bark loaded with Mint Oreos and a hint of peppermint.

Ingredients
  

Base
  • 2 cups dark chocolate chips
  • 1.5 cups white chocolate chips
  • 20 Mint Oreo cookies chopped
  • 0.5 tsp peppermint extract
  • 2-3 drops green food coloring optional

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Wire rack
  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt dark chocolate chips until smooth and spread onto baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle half the chopped Mint Oreos over melted chocolate.
  4. Melt white chocolate and mix with peppermint extract and food coloring.
  5. Drizzle white chocolate over dark chocolate and swirl gently.
  6. Top with remaining Oreos and press lightly.
  7. Refrigerate until set, then break into pieces.
