- Toss sliced beef with cornstarch and let rest for 10 minutes.
- Whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
- Cook noodles according to package directions and drain.
- Sear beef in hot oil until browned, then remove from pan.
- Add sauce to pan and simmer until slightly thickened.
- Return beef and noodles to pan and toss to coat evenly.
- Finish with green onions and serve hot.
