Ingredients
  

Main Mixture
  • 2 cups shredded sweetened coconut plus extra for rolling
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk 1 can
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine coconut, graham crumbs, and cocoa powder.
  3. Add butter, condensed milk, and vanilla. Mix until thick and sticky.
  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm the mixture.
  5. Roll into tablespoon-sized balls and coat in shredded coconut.
  6. Refrigerate for 1 hour to set. Store in fridge or freezer.

Notes

Add espresso powder or chopped nuts for variation. Great for gifting or holiday trays.
