Method
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine coconut, graham crumbs, and cocoa powder.
- Add butter, condensed milk, and vanilla. Mix until thick and sticky.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm the mixture.
- Roll into tablespoon-sized balls and coat in shredded coconut.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour to set. Store in fridge or freezer.
