Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll croissant dough and separate into triangles.
- Place mozzarella and pepperoni on each triangle; sprinkle with Italian seasoning and Parmesan if desired.
- Roll each triangle from wide end to tip and seal edges.
- Brush rolls with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce, optionally garnished with extra Parmesan or herbs.
