- Add cooked spaghetti and toss with sauce, adding pasta water to loosen if needed.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
For a creamy version, add 1/2 cup of heavy cream or cream cheese. For extra umami, stir in a splash of soy sauce or miso.
