- Slice and toast the rolls, then spread mayo and ketchup on each side.
- Cook onions in oil over medium-high heat until translucent.
- Add ground beef and season with salt and pepper. Chop as it cooks.
- Divide into portions and top each with cheese, letting it melt, then chop and mix together.
- Assemble sandwiches with lettuce, tomato, and the chopped cheese mixture. Serve hot.
