Ingredients
  

Base
  • 2 cups Biscoff cookies crushed
  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter melted
Filling
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups heavy whipping cream
Topping
  • 0.75 cup Biscoff spread melted slightly

Method
 

  1. Mix crushed cookies with melted butter.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Whip cream to stiff peaks and fold into mixture.
  4. Layer crumbs, cream, and Biscoff spread in cups.
  5. Repeat layers and finish with topping.
  6. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
