Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
Filling
  • 24 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups heavy whipping cream cold
Topping
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 0.5 tsp flaky sea salt optional

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into springform pan and chill 30 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mix well.
  3. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold into cream cheese mixture.
  4. Spread filling over chilled crust. Refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight.
  5. Top with caramel sauce and sea salt before serving.

Notes

For best results, chill overnight. Use full-fat cream cheese for proper setting.
