Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tbsp sugar
Filling
  • 2 cups cream cheese softened
  • 0.75 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
Strawberry Layer
  • 2 cups strawberries chopped
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Mix graham crumbs, butter, and sugar and press into cups.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Whip cream to stiff peaks and fold into mixture.
  4. Combine strawberries with sugar and lemon juice.
  5. Layer crust, cheesecake filling, and strawberries.
  6. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
