Method
- Break the biscuits into uneven bite-sized pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt dark chocolate, milk chocolate, butter, condensed milk, cocoa powder, and salt until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the biscuits. Add nuts and marshmallows, then fold gently until coated.
- Line a loaf pan or cake tin with parchment paper and press the mixture firmly into the pan.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until firm.
- Heat heavy cream until warm, then pour over chopped dark chocolate. Stir until smooth to create ganache.
- Remove cake from the pan, pour ganache over the top, garnish, slice, and serve chilled.
Notes
For cleaner slices, chill overnight and use a warm knife when cutting. You can customize the cake with dried fruits, nuts, or flavored biscuits.
