Ingredients
  

Oat Base
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup peanut butter creamy
  • 0.5 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 tsp salt
Chocolate Topping
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Line a muffin tin with liners.
  2. Melt peanut butter, honey, and butter over low heat.
  3. Stir in vanilla and salt, then mix in oats.
  4. Press mixture into muffin cups.
  5. Melt chocolate with peanut butter and pour over cups.
  6. Refrigerate until firm, about 1–2 hours.

Notes

Use dark chocolate for a richer flavor or add nuts for crunch.
