- Line a muffin tin with liners.
- Melt peanut butter, honey, and butter over low heat.
- Stir in vanilla and salt, then mix in oats.
- Press mixture into muffin cups.
- Melt chocolate with peanut butter and pour over cups.
- Refrigerate until firm, about 1–2 hours.
Notes
Use dark chocolate for a richer flavor or add nuts for crunch.
