Base
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 0.5 cup almond flour or finely ground oats
  • 0.66 cup peanut butter or almond butter
  • 0.33 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.5 cup mini chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Combine oats, almond flour, and salt in a large bowl.
  2. Add peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until a soft dough forms.
  3. Stir in chocolate chips evenly throughout the dough.
  4. Refrigerate the mixture for 15–20 minutes.
  5. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on parchment paper.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for longer storage.

Notes

Use sunflower seed butter for a nut-free version or add protein powder for a post-workout snack.
