  • 1 cup chocolate chips

  • 0.25 cup chopped nuts optional
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter optional

Method
 

  1. Ensure all-purpose flour is heat-treated and cooled.
  2. In a large bowl, beat butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Mix in vanilla extract and milk until fully combined.
  4. Gradually fold in heat-treated flour until a soft dough forms.
  5. Stir in chocolate chips and any optional add-ins.
  6. Form dough into 1-inch balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Refrigerate bites for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  8. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.

Notes
