Crust
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups whipped topping

Method
 

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a pie dish and chill.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in peanut butter.
  3. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until creamy.
  4. Fold in whipped topping gently until light and fluffy.
  5. Spread filling into crust and smooth the top.
  6. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

For cleaner slices, chill overnight and wipe the knife between cuts.
