Method
- Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter and press into pan. Chill 15–20 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and peppermint extract until smooth.
- Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks.
- Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture gently.
- Spread filling over chilled crust and smooth the top. Chill 2–3 hours.
- Sprinkle crushed Oreos and peppermint on top before serving.
- Slice and serve, storing leftovers in airtight container for up to 5 days.
Notes
For extra chocolate flavor, drizzle melted chocolate on top. Individual servings can be made in cups.
