Method
- Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Pulse almonds in a food processor until finely ground.
- Add dates and blend until sticky.
- Add cocoa powder, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla, and salt. Process until combined.
- Press mixture firmly into prepared pan.
- Chill for 45–60 minutes until firm.
- Slice into squares and serve.
Notes
Store in refrigerator up to 7 days or freeze up to 3 months.
