Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream cold
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries sliced, plus extra for topping

Method
 

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press firmly into a 9x9-inch pan to form the crust. Chill while preparing the filling.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Fold in sliced strawberries until evenly distributed.
  5. Spread filling over the chilled crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  7. Top with extra strawberries before slicing into bars and serving. 🍓

Notes

For a twist, try adding a swirl of strawberry jam on top before chilling for a marbled effect!
