- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press firmly into a 9x9-inch pan to form the crust. Chill while preparing the filling.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Fold in sliced strawberries until evenly distributed.
- Spread filling over the chilled crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Top with extra strawberries before slicing into bars and serving. 🍓
Notes
For a twist, try adding a swirl of strawberry jam on top before chilling for a marbled effect!
