Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper.
- Beat peanut butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Stir in oats and baking soda until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips and half of the M&Ms.
- Press mixture evenly into prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle remaining M&Ms on top and lightly press them in.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until edges are golden and center is set.
- Allow bars to cool completely before slicing.
- Cut into squares and enjoy.
Notes
Best made with creamy peanut butter. Avoid overbaking for chewier bars. Store airtight up to 5 days or freeze up to 2 months.
