No Flour Monster Cookie Bars

Chewy, candy-studded cookie bars made without flour. Packed with oats, peanut butter, chocolate chips, and M&Ms for a gluten-free treat everyone loves!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup M&Ms or candy-coated chocolates

  • 8x8 baking dish
  • Parchment paper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Beat peanut butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Stir in oats and baking soda until combined.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips and half of the M&Ms.
  5. Press mixture evenly into prepared baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle remaining M&Ms on top and lightly press them in.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes until edges are golden and center is set.
  8. Allow bars to cool completely before slicing.
  9. Cut into squares and enjoy.

Notes

Best made with creamy peanut butter. Avoid overbaking for chewier bars. Store airtight up to 5 days or freeze up to 2 months.
