- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt together in a bowl.
- Cream butter, peanut butter, and sugars until light and fluffy.
- Beat in egg and vanilla until combined.
- Gradually add dry ingredients and mix to form dough.
- Roll dough into balls and place on sheets 2 inches apart.
- Press thumb into each to make an indentation and fill with jam.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are golden. Cool before serving.
Notes
Use creamy peanut butter for best texture and avoid overfilling the jam wells.
