- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook Italian sausage until browned.
- Add garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Melt butter into the skillet.
- Stir in chicken broth and heavy cream.
- Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Add gnocchi, stir to coat, and submerge in sauce.
- Cover and simmer 6–8 minutes until gnocchi is tender and sauce thickens.
- Stir in spinach until wilted.
- Mix in grated Parmesan until creamy.
- Serve hot.
Notes
Add more broth if sauce thickens too much. Use spicy sausage for extra flavor.
