Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 lb frozen dumplings any filling
  • 1 cup vegetable or chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger minced
  • 2 baby bok choy halved
  • 1 tsp honey optional
  • 2 tbsp scallions chopped
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds toasted

Method
 

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add dumplings in a single layer and cook until golden on the bottom.
  3. Pour in broth, cover, and steam for 6–8 minutes.
  4. Whisk soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, chili flakes, garlic, ginger, and honey together.
  5. Add bok choy and sauce to the pan, simmer until reduced.
  6. Top with scallions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

Customize heat level by adjusting chili flakes or adding chili crisp.
