  • 1 lb kielbasa sausage, sliced
  • 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
Honey Garlic Sauce
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Sear sliced kielbasa in a skillet until browned, then set aside.
  2. Cook potatoes in olive oil until slightly softened.
  3. Add vegetables and sauté until lightly caramelized.
  4. Whisk honey garlic sauce ingredients together.
  5. Return kielbasa to skillet and pour sauce over everything.
  6. Simmer until sauce thickens and coats all ingredients.
  7. Garnish and serve warm.
