- Cook ground beef in a large pot until browned, drain excess grease if needed.
- Add onion, garlic, carrot, and celery. Cook until softened.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce, mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in beef broth, milk, and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
- Add uncooked macaroni and cook until pasta is tender.
- Lower heat and stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
- Taste and adjust seasoning. Garnish with parsley and green onions before serving.
Notes
For extra richness, add a handful of cooked bacon or a dollop of sour cream.
