- Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in marinara sauce and water or broth. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Break lasagna noodles and add to skillet. Simmer covered for 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Top with ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Cover again until cheese melts.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
