Method
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add broth, milk, and macaroni. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer.
- Cook for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add broccoli and cook until pasta is tender and broccoli is soft.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in cheeses until melted and creamy.
