Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 lb steak sirloin or ribeye, sliced cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 tbsp butter unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp red chili flakes adjust to taste
  • 12 oz pasta penne or fettuccine
  • 3 cups beef or chicken broth
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • to taste salt & black pepper

Equipment

  • Large pot or Dutch oven
  • Wooden spoon
  • Sharp knife

Method
 

  1. Heat oil in a large pot and sear steak pieces until browned. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add chili flakes.
  3. Pour in broth and add pasta. Cook until al dente, stirring occasionally.
  4. Return steak to the pot, toss with pasta, and cook for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Stir in Parmesan and parsley, season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat with a splash of broth.
