Method
- Heat oil in a large pot and sear steak pieces until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add chili flakes.
- Pour in broth and add pasta. Cook until al dente, stirring occasionally.
- Return steak to the pot, toss with pasta, and cook for 2–3 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan and parsley, season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat with a splash of broth.
