Season steak cubes with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet. Sear steak cubes for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté onion until softened. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
Stir in BBQ sauce, honey, Dijon, and beef broth. Bring to a simmer.
Pour in heavy cream, stir, and simmer 2–3 minutes until thickened.
Return steak to skillet, coat with sauce, and simmer 2 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve.
