- Heat the heavy cream until it begins to simmer.
- Place chopped chocolate in a heatproof bowl, pour hot cream over, and stir until smooth.
- Stir in orange zest and optional orange liqueur.
- Refrigerate ganache for 1–2 hours until firm enough to scoop.
- Form truffles using a small scoop or teaspoon.
- Roll truffles in cocoa powder, powdered sugar, or sprinkles.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
