Ingredients
  

Cookie Dough Base
  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour heat-treated
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup milk as needed
Cookies & Cream Mix-In
  • 12 Oreo cookies crushed
  • 6 Oreo cookies chunked
  • 2 tbsp Oreo crumbs optional swirl

Method
 

  1. Heat-treat flour by baking at 350°F (175°C) for 5–7 minutes, then cool completely.
  2. Beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy and creamy.
  3. Mix in vanilla extract and salt until well combined.
  4. Gradually add heat-treated flour until a dough forms.
  5. Add milk gradually until desired soft texture is reached.
  6. Fold in crushed and chunked Oreo cookies evenly.
  7. Serve immediately or chill briefly before enjoying.

Notes

Heat-treating flour is essential for safe raw consumption. Adjust milk for texture preference.
