Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x13-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Combine melted butter and sugar until smooth. Mix in eggs and vanilla extract.
- Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Fold into wet ingredients.
- Divide batter into two portions: keep one black, tint the second orange.
- Spread black brownie layer evenly in pan.
- Mix crushed Oreos, cream cheese, and powdered sugar. Spread over black layer.
- Spread orange batter on top of Oreo layer. Smooth gently.
- Bake 35–40 minutes or until toothpick comes out mostly clean. Cool completely before slicing.
Notes
Use gel food coloring for bright layers or pumpkin puree for natural coloring. Store in airtight container for up to 5 days.
