Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment.
- Cook ground beef with onion and garlic until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and simmer 2–3 minutes.
- Layer chips, cheese, beef, beans, and corn on baking sheet. Repeat for even layering.
- Add diced tomato and jalapeño slices on top.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Top with sour cream, guacamole, cilantro, and lime juice. Serve warm.
Notes
For vegetarian nachos, omit beef and add roasted vegetables or extra beans.
