Pork Ribs
  • 3 lbs country style pork ribs bone-in or boneless
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
Glaze
  • 0.75 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Pat ribs dry, coat with olive oil, and season generously.
  3. Arrange ribs in a single layer in a roasting pan and cover tightly with foil.
  4. Roast for 2 to 2½ hours until fork-tender.
  5. Mix glaze ingredients and heat until smooth.
  6. Increase oven temperature to 425°F, uncover ribs, and brush with glaze.
  7. Roast uncovered 15–20 minutes until caramelized.
  8. Rest briefly, garnish, and serve.

Notes

Low and slow cooking ensures tender ribs; adjust glaze sweetness to taste.
