- Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Layer half the croissant pieces, sausage, ham, and cheeses in the dish.
- Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Pour egg mixture evenly over croissants, pressing gently to soak.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 6 hours).
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake uncovered 40–45 minutes until golden and set.
- Cool 10 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
You can prepare and bake the same day if needed—just let it rest at least 30 minutes before baking.
