- Slice bananas diagonally into thick pieces.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add brown sugar, honey, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until bubbling.
- Place bananas in a single layer and cook 2–3 minutes.
- Flip gently and cook another 1–2 minutes until caramelized.
- Remove from heat, stir in vanilla, and serve warm.
