- Pat salmon dry and season with spices.
- Heat oil and sear salmon skin-side down for 4–5 minutes.
- Flip and cook another 3–4 minutes, then remove.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic.
- Add orzo and toast lightly.
- Pour in broth and simmer until tender.
- Stir in cream, cheese, and lemon zest.
- Return salmon, garnish, and serve.
Notes
Use fresh salmon for best flavor. Adjust creaminess with extra broth if needed.
